Maase Inc. and Galaxyeye Form Strategic Partnership to Build Embodied AI Home Ecosystem
Maase Inc. (NASDAQ: MAAS) today officially announced that its subsidiary, Huazhi Future, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Hangzhou Galaxyeye Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Galaxyeye"). The two parties will engage in deep collaboration across embodied AI cognitive systems, home-focused vertical applications, and industry ecosystem integration, with the goal of jointly building an embodied AI ecosystem and accelerating the innovative adoption and commercialization of these technologies in Chinese household environments.
Currently, with the significant growth in demand for home-based elderly care and the rapid rise of the "silver economy," the home scenario has emerged as one of the most promising directions for the deployment of artificial intelligence technology. Market demand is steadily rising for intelligent agents capable of emotional interaction, long-term memory, proactive safeguarding, and companionship. As the next major frontier in artificial intelligence, embodied AI is accelerating its expansion into home life scenarios.
Against this industry backdrop, Maase Inc.'s subsidiary, Huazhi Future, is comprehensively accelerating its strategic footprint in embodied AI for home scenarios, having launched the robot brain ecological product, LUMI, in April this year. The product primarily focuses on key areas such as home monitoring, emergency communication safeguarding, intelligent companionship for the elderly, health management services, and long-term household memory systems. In May, LUMI successfully debuted at the 8th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT), delivering an exceptional live interactive experience to numerous attending guests, media representatives, and visitors.

The partnership between Huazhi Future and Galaxyeye will greatly facilitate the complementary strengths of both parties across the upstream and downstream of the industry chain. Since its founding in 2015 by AI scientist Dr. Qian Xiaoyi, Galaxyeye has been dedicated to the research and development of human-like AI technologies. The company boasts core capabilities including its proprietary "One Brain, Multiple Forms" architecture, decoupled cognitive systems, and general long-term memory infrastructure. Meanwhile, Huazhi Future remains deeply focused on building the application system for embodied AI in home scenarios, continuously upgrading its relevant product and service capabilities.
According to the strategic partnership agreement, the two parties will engage in deep synergy across the following four core areas:
● Technological Breakthroughs and Iteration: Centered on the real-world scenarios of Chinese home safeguarding, the two parties will conduct joint adaptation and in-depth optimization of the general-purpose brain capabilities of embodied AI, driving continuous iterative upgrades of core competencies based on user scenario demands.
● Industry Standard Formulation: Focusing on the practical application of embodied AI in home scenarios, the partners will actively participate in the research and formulation of relevant industry standards, guiding and fostering the standardized development of the industry.
● Brand and Ecosystem Building: Through diversified formats such as industry summits, technology forums, and joint press conferences, the two parties will comprehensively showcase their ecosystem development achievements, continuously expanding industry synergistic effects and brand influence.
This partnership with Galaxyeye is expected to further enhance LUMI’s core capabilities and ecosystem integration for home applications, accelerating the real-world deployment of embodied AI technologies in household environments. Looking ahead, Maase Inc. will continue expanding its strategic presence across intelligent computing infrastructure, vertical AI applications, and embodied AI, while collaborating with additional ecosystem partners to advance the next generation of home intelligence.
